Got my nails done 24 hours ago and one already chipped and popped off. I don’t have time to come in and get it fixed this week so I asked for a partial refund and was told no they can’t do that. The set cost $80 and I had for a day and I’m already missing a nail. Absolutely insane. I won’t be coming back. EDIT: Turns out my gel wasn’t totally cured and after getting a shower the gel started peeling off.
Kim and her husband, Kouch, are absolutely the BEST! They are both so sweet, welcoming, and always make time for me. Kim is honestly the most creative nail tech I’ve ever had—she can literally bring any design I request to life, and her freestyle sets are always 🔥. She’s also the ONLY person I trust to do my eyebrows, and she exceeds my expectations every single time! Kouch does an amazing job with my pedicures. He always asks questions to make sure I’m comfortable and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my experience. The salon is always clean, they have great music playing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I absolutely love coming here and highly recommend Kim and Kouch to anyone looking for amazing service and a great experience! 💕
